Duties and responsibilities
- Plan and write short video content and scripts for platforms such as TikTok and
Instagram - Continuously track global and local social media trends, memes, and viral formulas to quickly generate actionable content ideas
- Translate product/campaign information into shareable, memorable short-form video content aligned with brand tone
- Analyze the underlying mechanics of viral videos (pacing, hooks, emotional triggers, music, copywriting style, etc.) to continuously refine content strategy

Requirements
- A sharp instinct for the algorithms and content trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram — a heavy, active user of these platforms, not someone who merely knows they exist
