Storekeeper (International Standards Cafe) is Urgently Needed

STOREKEEPER

We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a organized, systematic, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, oversee stock control, and maintain seamless supply chain operations for our food, beverage, and retail items.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming stock, raw food ingredients, dry goods, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management software and track daily stock movements in and out of the store.
• Perform regular stock counts, audit inventory levels, and conduct reconciliation reports to prevent stockouts, shrinkage, or wastage.
• Ensure all stored items, especially perishable kitchen and cafe goods, strictly follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principles and proper food safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing teams, kitchen staff, and cafe managers to forecast supply needs and process internal requisitions efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Officer, or Stock Controller in a high-standard restaurant, hotel, supermarket, or FMCG environment.
• Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong numerical ability, proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel, and excellent organizational capabilities.
• Standards: Sound knowledge of food safety storage regulations, FIFO inventory methods, temperature control protocols, and material handling practices.
