If you have already monetising the content on Facebook you have to fill the Tax form in order to receive the Payout when you reach payments thresholds.
The following steps is how you can fill the Form and not subjected to Tax outside the U.S
1.Go to Meta business suite and click monetisation tab
Login to your Facebook page and go to Professional
Under Professional mode go to Monetisation
Under monetisation Tab click get paid

4. Fill country of Residence
N:B, this is very important section. To avoid being taxed in your country, fill Canada here. for example if your Tanzanian by citizenship, don’t fill Tanzania here… iF YOU FIIL Tanzania you can’t change after you complete the form and your will be subjected to tax both in Tanzania and US. Why Canada, because Canada have tax treaty with US.
Complete the Tax form like this and inter your full name in signature section and the current date.
5. Review the form make sure you fill all section.
