Mbunge aruka sarakasi bungeni. | Mbulu Rural MP (CCM) Flatei Massay has jumped the gauntlet in parliament to show his emphasis that the Ministry of Works and Transport has been promising to build the Mbulu to Haydom road without implementation.
Flatei jumped the acrobatics Monday May 23, 2022 while contributing to the Ministry of Works and Transport’s revenue and expenditure estimates for the year 2022/2023.

Flatei said despite promising to build the road since last year’s budget, the Parliamentary Infrastructure Committee has indicated the money allocated last year has been sent to pay off debts.
He said in this year’s budget book it was indicated that the road would be built at asphalt level but for 25 Kilometers.
“If they promised me that a road would be built, how long would that announcement take? I am here, Mr. Speaker, not just shillings. The people have told me to take the shilling to Mbulu Vijijini because there is no way here, ”he said.
He questioned the Speaker of Parliament, Dr Tulia Ackson if he did not take her out of Parliament then he should perform a circus.
