The Executive Director of the Kilosa District Council announces to all Tanzanians with the qualifications and ability to fill 07 positions for different cadres as shown below:-

VILLAGE EXECUTIVE GRADE III (05 POSITIONS)

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT i.

  • He should be Tanzanian
  • He should have  (IV) or Sixth (VI) Education.
  • Must have a Diploma/Certificate in one of the following fields: – Administration, Law, Public Education, Financial Management, Public Development and Art Science from the Local Government College Hombolo, Dodoma or any college recognized by the Government.
  • He should be 18 years old or more and not more than 45 years old.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operations Officer and Chief Executive of the Village Government.
  • To manage the Protection and Safety of Citizens and their property, to be a peacekeeper and to manage Good Governance in the Village.
  • Coordinating and managing the planning of the implementation of development plans
  • Secretary of all Meetings and Committees of the Village Council.
  • Interpreting and managing Policies, Laws and Procedures.
