ICT OFFICER II – Network Management -2 Posts

Only candidates who are in specific task contract term within the Fund should apply.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To provide technical support related to the networks;
2. To maintain and repair of all networks managed by the NSSF;

• To participate in designing and installation of networks and related accessories and equipment;

1. To maintain and repair of Network active and passive equipment;
2. Troubleshoot all network related problems;
3. To undertake day to day management of LAN, wireless systems, telephone systems leased lines;

• To document and communicate network related problems, solutions and the implementation process;
• To assign network resources and user accounts;

1. To perform maintenance activities, systems backups and restore; and
2. To perform any other related duty as may be assigned by his superior

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Holder of Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields; Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related qualifications from recognized institutions.

 Salary Scale NSSF 4
