Wachezaji wapya simba 2023/2024. The Registration window opened last Saturday and the Lions continue to make improvements to their squad which they hope to use in the 2023/24 League season.

The Information and Communication Unit under Ahmed Ally has already received the files of the players that we have managed to register for introducing them to the Simba fans

• Jefferson Luis

The goalkeeper, Jefferson Luis Szerban (29), a citizen of Brazil, has signed a two-year contract to serve Simba. Jefferson, Simba have signed him from Resende FC from Brazil, last season he played for Itabirito FC-MG on loan.

This goalkeeper has already joined the squad in Turkey to continue training in preparation for the 2023/24 competition season coming from Brazil.

Jefferson has great ability to defend the goal while using both feet fluently as well as being able to initiate attacks.

Jefferson who has a height of 1.92 feet comes to join the goalkeepers, Aishi Manula, Ally Salim and Ahmed Feruzi ‘Teru’.

Jefferson has the experience of playing many competitive matches, so we believe he will be a great help to the team, especially if you consider that Manula will be out of the field for more than three months.

After long rumours, today we have managed to sign midfielder Jose Luis Miquissone, a citizen of Msumbuji, from Al Ahly of Egypt for a two-year contract.

Miquissone is returning to Simba after serving our club with great success before being sold to Al Ahly of Egypt two years ago

Simba have taken Miquissone as a free player after breaking his contract with the club.

The return of Miquissone is a great advantage for Simba as he already has a lot of experience with African football but more importantly he knows Tanzanian football very well. Miquissone has already arrived in Tanzania for the preparation of the trip to Turkey

Miquissone expects to leave early next week for Turkey where he will join his teammates for the preparation of the 2023/2024 season

Simba SC have announced the re-signing of their former defender David Kameta “Duchu” for a three-year contract.

Duchu was signed by Simba SC for the first time in 2020 coming from Lipuli FC and he served Simba SC for only one season then he was released to Biashara United, Geita Gold and Mtibwa Sugar clubs.
