We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Data and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our administration department, ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions.
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date online records of parents, students, and vendors.
- HR Support: Assist in processing leave, managing staff contracts, organizing training, and preparing HR documents.
- Financial Operations: Manage payments for various vendors and assist in reconciling accounting records.
- Vendor Management: Help in preparing contracts, communications, and tracking payments.
- Operational Assistance: Support the Director of Operations in diverse administrative tasks.
- Proficient in ICT with strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Scripts, Python, VBA.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience in administrative and operational roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
