Kufunguliwa Dirisha la pili la mkopo kwa Diploma 2023/2024. For students who hope to apply for educational loans at the level of Diploma for the second phase, loan application window for academic year 2023/2024 is open for 14 days starting 21 December, 2023 to 04 January, 2024.
In the second phase window, the target students are divided into three groups who will have to submit their applications to online via https://olas.heslb.go.tz The first group is the students of the first year of the Diploma of priority as mentioned in the ‘FIRST EDITION’ of ‘Guide to Granting Education Loans to Diploma Students for the year 2023-2024’ who previously could not apply for various reasons including the delay until the window closes.
The second group is second or third year Diploma students of priority as mentioned in the ‘FIRST EDITION’ of ‘Guide to Granting Education Loans to Diploma Students for the year 2023-2024’. These students, who previously they could not apply for a loan, now they are allowed to apply.
The third group is priority Diploma students ADDED through this guide; ‘SECOND EDITION’ of the ‘Guide of Education Loans for Diploma Students per year 2023-2024’.
All students applying for a Diploma loan through the window this second phase they are reminded to read the ‘FIRST EDITION’ of ‘Guide to Granting Education Loans to Diploma Students for the year 2023-2024’ which is available at www.heslb.go.tz and www.nactvet.go.tz
