ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tile dealers and wholesalers in the Zanzibar market to establish a prominent market presence for our tile products.
- Handle project orders and CTM (Cash to Merchandise) orders specifically related to tiles, managing the end-to-end sales process. This includes addressing customer complaints, following up on arrivals, and sustaining positive customer relationships.
- Stay abreast of market trends, pricing, inventory, and promotions for both our tile products and competing products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to achieving monthly tile sales targets. This includes setting tasks and implementing strategies to meet and exceed goals in the highly competitive tile market.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales-related work experience, with a strong focus on tile sales.
- Valid driving license.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically applied to the tile market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
