Role Overview:

The Customer Service Officer will serve as the primary liaison between TotalEnergies and its clients, ensuring efficient order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer support. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of customer needs and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

•Receive and process fuel orders promptly.

•Ensure orders are executed and delivered on schedule, adhering to the D+2 procedure.

Customer Account Maintenance:

•Prepare and dispatch customer statements at the end of each month.

•Reconcile customer accounts as needed.

•Monitor payments to ensure credit customers comply with agreed terms.

•Assist in setting up new customer accounts.

•Handle reversals and process debit/credit notes when necessary.

Record Keeping:

•Maintain comprehensive customer records, including orders, payment details, debit/credit notes, statements, and correspondence.

Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ):

•Adhere to and promote TotalEnergies’ Golden Rules and all HSEQ standards among staff, contractors, and customers.

Marketing Support:

•Participate in marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing sales and profitability.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

•At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the petroleum industry.

Skills:

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
