We are now seeking a visionary Head of Human Resources to lead this transformation—an inspiring leader who combines strategic insight with operational precision and thrives on shaping culture, embedding values, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute TSL’s HR strategy aligned with our transformation roadmap.
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and retention of high-caliber staff.
Champion the implementation of the new Performance Management System (PMS).
Translate organisational values into measurable competencies and drive behavioural change.
Foster a culture of accountability, unity, and purpose.
Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and compliance.
Support future business growth through the development and motivation of human capital.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
8+ years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or transformation-driven environments.
Proven expertise in performance management, culture change, and strategic HR delivery.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Empathetic, resilient, and collaborative, with a passion for empowering teams.
