Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls. You’ll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products/services while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, priotize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s in business administration or relevant field.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or call center is a plus.
