Cashier (International Standards Cafe) is Urgently Needed

CASHIER

We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking an accurate, customer-oriented, and highly professional Cashier to manage daily point-of-sale operations, handle financial transactions, and provide warm, efficient service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately via cash, credit cards, and mobile money using the cafe’s POS system.
• Issue receipts, track daily sales, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare daily financial end-of-shift reports.
• Welcome guests warmly, handle initial customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure cashier counters at all times.
• Collaborate closely with waitstaff and baristas to ensure accurate order processing and prompt service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Cashier or POS Operator in a high-volume restaurant, cafe, or retail environment.
• Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent numerical skills, proficiency in POS hardware/software, and strong attention to detail.
• Standards: High integrity, reliability, exceptional customer service skills, and professional demeanor.
