KITCHEN DESSERT CHEF

We are a fast-growing restaurant and specialty coffee cafe committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and operating to high international professional standards. We are seeking a creative, skilled, and passionate Kitchen Dessert Chef to craft exquisite desserts, maintain world-class kitchen standards, and elevate our sweet offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, plate, and present a high-standard menu of desserts, pastries, and sweet items adhering to strict international presentation guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion sizes, and overall visual appeal across all dessert orders.
• Manage dessert station inventory, track daily ingredient usage, and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative seasonal dessert menus and modern plated concepts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Dessert Chef, Pastry Chef, or Kitchen Commis/Chef specializing in desserts within a high-standard restaurant, hotel, or cafe.
• Language: Full fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong expertise in pastry techniques, temperature-sensitive plating, flavor pairing, and dessert menu execution.
• Standards: Deep understanding of food safety, kitchen workflow, time management, and international hospitality benchmarks.
