Institut d’Enseignement Supérieur de Ruhengeri (INES-Ruhengeri) is pleased to announce the opening of scholarship applications, covering air ticket, full tuition, Arrival allowance, Monthly stipend, lump-sum allowance for study materials, A one study and research allowance, participation in at least one extracurricular event for the following programme: Master of Science in Taxation, Master of Art in Microfinance, Master of Science in Software Engineering, Master of Science in Biomedical Laboratory Science.

Eligibility Criteria
Master of science in Taxation and Master of Art in Microfinance
- Be a citizen of any of the 8 EAC Partner States;
- Be below 35 years of age at the time of application;
- Apply to study in an EAC Partner State other than their country of citizenship;
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division, Distinction or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Custom Management, Banking, Insurance and risk management, Management.
- Submit a complete scholarship application within the stipulated application period.

Master of science in Software Engineering
- Be a citizen of any of the 8 EAC Partner States;
- Be below 35 years of age at the time of application;
- Apply to study in an EAC Partner State other than their country of citizenship;
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division, Distinction or equivalent qualification in information technology, computing science/Engineering, software engineering, Business Information Technology, Electronics and telecommunication engineering. Having passed at least two programming modules with a score above 60% in the Bachelor‘s programme. Students should have their own laptops with minimum specifications as recommended hereafter: (Processor: 11th Gen Intel® CoreTM i5-11260H, Memory: 8 GBMemory, Storage: 512 GB SSD, Display: 15.6-in. display Full HD (1920X1080) 120Hz)

Master of science in Biomedical Laboratory Science
- Be a citizen of any of the 8 EAC Partner States;
- Be below 35 years of age at the time of application;
- Apply to study in an EAC Partner State other than their country of citizenship;
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with a minimum of Second-Class Upper Division, Distinction or equivalent qualification in BSc in Biomedical Laboratory Sciences or BSc in Clinical Laboratory or BSc in Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Submit a complete scholarship application within the stipulated application period.
