Tanzania Public Services College Admission into March intake 2022. The Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) is a Technical Institutions in Tanzania was established in 2000 under the ambit of the Executive Agencies Act No 30 of 1997. The aim of it’s establishment was to fill an extant void in terms of a comprehensive training facility for Public Service, to meet the changing needs of the Public Services resulted from the Public Service Reforms, and the need for an autonomous financially sustainable public service College.
It is in light of the above that the TPSC is the preferred service provider of knowledge and skills to the public service, but also as a part of building a culture of continuous learning for public servants. The customers of TPSC include; central and local government, independent departments, executive agencies; secondary school leavers, the general public and
TPSC has Six Campuses strategically located in Dar es Salaam, Tabora, Mtwara, Singida, Tanga, Mbeya and One Global Learning Center to be close to its customers countrywide.
Entry requirements at Tanzania Public Services College Admission
Entry Qualification for Basic Technician Certificate Courses ( BTC) – NTA level 4
- Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE)-Form IV with at least Four (4) passes excluding religious subjects.
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) with at least two passes and having NVA level 2 certificates in the relevant field of study.
- Duration of the course: two semester ( one year)
Entry Qualification for Technician Certificate Courses (TC) – NTA level 5
- Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (ACSE)-Form VI with at least one principal pass or more excluding religion subjects.
- Certificate of secondary education with Basic Technician Certificate ( NTA level 4) in relevant courses recognized by NACTE
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) with at least two passes and having NVA level 3 certificates in the relevant field of study
- Duration of the course: two semester ( one year)
Entry Qualification for Ordinary Diploma NTA level 6
- Certificate of secondary education with Technician Certificate (NTA level 5) in relevant courses recognized by NACTE
- Duration of the course: two semester ( one year)
Entry Qualification for Higher Diploma NTA level 7
- Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 6) in relevant courses recognised by NACTE or Form VI with at least two principal passes.
- Duration of the course: four semesters ( two years)
Entry Qualification for Bachelor Degree NTA level 8
- Higher Diploma (NTA Level 7) in relevant courses recognized by NACTE
- Duration of the course: two semester ( one year)
