Village Executive officer Level III – Five (5) Positions

Qualifications of the applicant
Employed with form four Education (IV) and a graduate of Diploma/Certificate training (NTA LEVEL 5) in one of the following fields: – Administration, Management of Natural Resources, Law, , General Education, Community Development and Art Scholarship from Any college recognised by the Government.

Village Executive Level II – Five (5) Positions

Qualifications of the applicant
Employed with a Form four (IV) Education and a Diploma/Diploma (NTA LEVEL 6) in one of the following fields:-Administration, Natural Resources Management, Law, Community Education, Social Development and Arts Science from any College identified by Government

The duties and responsibilities of the Village Executive Class III and II

  1. Village Government Affairs and Chief Executive Officer,
  2. To manage the Protection and Safety of Citizens and their property, to be the Guardian of Peace and Good Governance Supervisor in the Village,
  3. Coordinating and managing the planning of the implementation of the plans village development, Secretary of all Village Council Meetings and Committees,
  4. Interpreting and managing Policies, Laws, procedures,
  5. To prepare information on the implementation of work in his area and to motivate citizens in  preparing and implementing strategies to eliminate hunger, poverty and increase wealth production.
  6. Leader of the Heads of Professional Units in village

Driver II – Two (2) Positions

Qualifications of the applicant

  1. Employed with Form four Education (form IV) and qualified driver’s training class E or C1 for driving cars that has worked for at least one year without causing an accident.
  2. Must have attended basic driving training (Basic Driving Course) offered by the Vocational Training College (VETA) or another College recognized by the Government.
  3. Applicants with a Class III technical test certificate will be considered first.

Duties and Responsibilities of Driver Class II

  • Driving all Government vehicles
  • Checking the car before and after the trip to determine the state of safety car
  • Transporting servants/servants to various places on the trip professional
  • Maintain, protect and clean the vehicle you will be assigned drive it
  • To do other work as you will be directed by your parents

Conditions of Employment

  • Permanent Employment

C. Salary Level / Rank

  • The executive of Level III has a salary of TGS B1

D. Important considerations for all applicants

  • All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens aged 18 years and less than 45 years old.
  • The application must be accompanied by valid documents (Birth Certificate, Certificate of form four and Certificate of profession/skills) photo and passport recent passport size, personal information (CV) of the applicant and phone numbers
  • Form four result slip (Result slip) will not be accepted
  •  Submitting statements of results/transcript without a certificate will not be accepted
  • Employees who were once employed by the Government and received a check number will not be employed again but will be employed after obtaining the approval of the Secretary General of the Office of the President Public Service Management and Good Governance.
  • Applicants with a form four certificate and a vocational certificate obtained outside the country should ensure that they have been verified by the Tanzania Examinations Council (NECTA) and the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
  • The application letter should be written in Kiswahili or English viii. The deadline for receiving applications is fourteen (14) days from the date of this announcement from the media.
