TEACHER II (BIOLOGY TEACHER) – POSITION 2
JOB DUTIES
i. Teaching subjects of various disciplines taught in colleges;
ii. Preparing a training work plan;
iii. Measuring the progress of academics in theory and practice;
iv. Maintaining teaching materials;
v. Conducting and providing research information;
v. Provide professional advice;
vii. Prepare rules and procedures for managing exams in the college;
viii. Composing and revising exams;
ix. Doing research that will help provide answers to various challenges; that hinder development in society; and
x. Giving advice on improving careers in college and developing training abroad
of college.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE APPLICANT
The applicant must have a Higher Diploma or a First Degree in Teaching in the subject of
Biology from Colleges or Institutes of higher education recognized by the Government.
SALARY LEVEL: TGS D
TEACHER IIIB (BIOLOGY) – 3 POSITIONS
JOB DUTIES
i. Preparing work resolution, study preparation, study notes and work plan for other tasks assigned to him;
ii. Developing and developing teaching and learning tools;
iii. Teaching, evaluating and keeping progress records Students;
iv. Manage and monitor student attendance at College and Classroom;
v. Supervising the formation of students mentally, physically, spiritually and giving advice advice and counselling;
v. Providing professional and professional advice on the development of Education;
vii. Managing and maintaining College equipment and properties; and
viii. Other tasks that will be assigned by the Principal according to the responsibilities of the College.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE APPLICANT
Employed with a Passed Fourth Form (IV) National Examination Certificate two or more subjects taught at school and pass three years of training (3) in Science studies and obtain a Secondary Education Teaching Diploma
(Diploma in Secondary Education) in the subject of Biology recognized by the institutions of Government Accreditation of Education and Training. Or
Employed with a certificate of the Sixth Form National Examination (VI) who has passed two or more subjects taught at school and pass two years of training (2) in Science studies and get the National Technical Education Award (NTA Level 6) of Secondary Teaching (Diploma in Secondary Education) in the subject of Biology recognized by the Government bodies of Education and Training Accreditation.
SALARY LEVEL: Based on the Government’s standards ie the level of Salary TGTS C.
TEACHER II (ENGLISH TEACHING) – POSITION 1

TEACHER II (CHEMISTRY) – POSITION 2

TEACHER IIIB (CHEMISTRY) – 4 POSITION

Employed with a certificate of the National Examination of Form Four (IV) who has passed two or more subjects taught in a school with a Grade A Teaching Certificate and pass two (2) years of training and obtain a Diploma in Education
Initial or Basic Education in the subject of English recognized by the institutions of Government of Accreditation of Education and Training.
Or
Employed with a certificate of National Examination of Form Four (IV) who has passed two or more subjects taught at school and pass three years of training (3) and obtain a Certificate of Early Education or Primary Education in the subject of English that is recognized by the Government bodies for the Accreditation of Education and Training.
SALARY LEVEL: Based on the Government’s standards ie the level of Salary TGTS C.
TEACHER IIIC (PHYSICS) – POSITION 1

Employed with a non-Teaching/Education Degree with one or more teaching subjects with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Higher Education Institutions recognized by the Government.

TEACHER IIIC (MATHEMATICS) – 4 POSITIONS

The applicant should have a Higher Diploma or a Computer Degree in one of the fields the following; Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Technology and Communication and Information Systems Management or other related training and this field, from Colleges or Institutes of higher education recognized by the Government
