Job Description:

As a Customer Services Assistant at Ezysoko, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process. Your primary duties will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Providing accurate information regarding delivery status, shipping rates, and delivery times.
  • Assisting customers with order placement, payment processing, and tracking their deliveries.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with the delivery operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely deliveries.
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and delivery policies.
  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Upholding company values and delivering exceptional service to every customer interaction.

Requirements:

  • Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the logistics or delivery industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Swahili.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
