Basic Requirements:

  • Must have a B.A in Education, Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy with strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Min 8 years’ experience in a sales/marketing/FMCG environment
  • Strong coaching & training skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong people management & collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track, monitor and manage on-trade coaching of Key Accounts, Sale Representatives and Merchandisers.
  • Implement and monitor performance, using Sale Force Effectiveness metrics (Red, SFE, etc.), and develop training solutions to address any related capability gaps.
  • Develop key account and general trade routes to market in the region.
  • Update and coordinate QDVPPP metrics on outlet audits.
  • Track QDVPPP action plans for the region.
  • Devise and implement initiatives related to staff motivation/skill building for sales employees.
  • Identify, develop, deliver and maintain training programs or solutions required to address individual and organizational needs.
