Fomu ya maombi ya sensa na 1
Form number one is the form you need to download for going to sign local government officials including the chairperson or village or local network officer where you wants to apply for census jobs.
Once you have completed all to fill the information on the census application form all you have to do is submit the application form. after submitting the form you will be brought to the section to download form number one (Fomu na 1) whose function is as I mentioned above.
NB; If you did not manage to download form No.1 in step 3 you can download it the form by entering your address Click the link labeled form No. 1. not signed to upload your unsigned form.
How To Download Fomu ya maombi ya sensa na 1
- Visit www.ajira.nbs.go.tz/Login
- Enter the your email and password which they sent to you via your email
- After entering the system you will sea the Link Button to Download Fomu namba 1 again
