The National Identification Authority (NIDA) would like to inform the citizens in all districts of the Dar es Salaam Region that the distribution of Identification Cards to the public is expected to start on 12/12/2023 in all districts of the region.
Therefore, all citizens who are registered and given National Identification Numbers (NINs) are requested to show up and collect IDs at local government offices, within fourteen (14) days
since the start of the distribution of such identifications within the relevant area.
A citizen who fails to pick up his ID within the scheduled time in his area, will have to collect his ID at the NIDA office of the District where he lives. When you read or hear this announcement, please let someone else know.
