Ajira za Walimu Wizara ya elimu Tanzania (MDA & LGAs) 2024. The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has the responsibility of managing and coordinating the provision of Education in the country by preparing various Policies, Laws and Guidelines from the level of Primary Education to Higher Education. In addition, the Ministry is responsible for managing and coordinating the development of Science, Technology and Innovation; along with its use in various fields including Business, Industry, Agriculture and daily life in general.
According to the Authorization Document issued on April 22, 2016, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology performs the following duties:
- Formulating and implementing Policies for Education, Science, Research, Library Services, Science, Technology, Innovation and Development of Technical Training;
- Developing Primary Education by providing Certification of Teacher Training and Professional Development of Teachers;

Secretary of the Secretariat of Public Service Employment, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and Local Government Authorities (LGA’s) welcomes job applications from Tanzanians with qualifications and the ability to fill a hundred positions one forty-seven (147) as specified in this announcement.
GENERAL CONDITIONS.
- All applicants should be Tanzanian Citizens and not more than 45 years of age except for those who are working in the government;
- Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply and they should classify them in the disability employment application system they have for information to the Secretariat of Employment in the Service
of the Public; - All applicants must attach a birth certificate certified by Lawyer/Attorney.
- Applicants who are already public servants and have obtained qualifications to intervene in cadres different from the ones they have, pass their application letters of the positions of their employers and the Employers should satisfy themselves accordingly.
- Applicants should attach a detailed personal information (Detailed C.V) with addresses and reliable phone numbers as well as the names of three reliable referees.
- All applications must be accompanied by professional certificates, details, copies of certificates certified by a Lawyer/Attorney which are birth certificates, Fourth form, Sixth form for those who reached that level, and certificates
to graduate various training based on the characteristics of the relevant work.

Professional certificates (Professional certificates from respective boards) - “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, document the results of form four and six (FORM IV AND FORM VI RESULTS SLIPS) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Applicants who studied outside Tanzania should make sure their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant Authorities (TCU, NECTA and NACTE).
- Retired Civil Service applicants are not allowed to apply unless they have the permission of the Secretary General.
- Job applicants who are already employed in existing entry-level positions in the Public Service they should not beg and they should follow the instructions contained in the Circular By CAC. 45/257/01/D/140 dated November 30, 2010.
- Submission of information and falsified characteristics of the parties will be taken action legal.
- The deadline for sending job applications is June 6, 2024
