The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Data and Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our administration department, ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain up-to-date online records of parents, students, and vendors.
  • HR Support: Assist in processing leave, managing staff contracts, organizing training, and preparing HR documents.
  • Financial Operations: Manage payments for various vendors and assist in reconciling accounting records.
  • Vendor Management: Help in preparing contracts, communications, and tracking payments.
  • Operational Assistance: Support the Director of Operations in diverse administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in ICT with strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, Google Scripts, Python, VBA.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience in administrative and operational roles, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
